I can give you a blanket answer like, I go for a walk, or call a friend and all of that may be true but I’m talking about the kind of loneliness that comes in like an unwanted guest that overstays their welcome. You’ve fed them, given them the best accomodations and for some reason they have made themselves overly comfortable in your home. They sit in your favorite chair and drink from personal cup. The refrigerator is empty and your peace of mind is stolen. They simply won’t leave, that’s the kind of loneliness I’m talking about.
In these final days of 2020, I encourage you to examine your heart, lay it all down, and surrender uncontrollable situations to the King. May you start 2021 with a clear conscious yielded and fully ready to follow His directives! The best is yet to come!
Whether you are married, separated, single or divorced know love has no preference. It’s the best of the best wine and yields a heart that longs for it. Beloved, if you are anything like me, take away the scanner and give yourself a break. Life happens to all of us and uncontrollable situations can show up at any door. This holiday season, instead, look past the bramble and find the hidden riches within. Allow love to lead and leave your preferences behind.
